SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery territory
HADOSLAB LLC ships to addresses located in the European Union and, where operationally available, the United Kingdom.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the specific destination, carrier limitations or applicable regulatory circumstances.
HADOSLAB LLC reserves the right to modify the available delivery countries or territories at any time, and to reject orders when delivery is not possible or appropriate for logistical, regulatory or compliance reasons.
2. Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
The shipping cost is €9.90 for every available destination country.
3. Delivery options
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Where available, the customer may choose to collect the parcel from the nearest carrier office, subject to the carrier's operating conditions.
4. Order processing
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 will generally be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00, or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing time may range from 1 to 3 business days.
5. Estimated delivery times
Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.
In general, most orders are delivered within 2 business days of the order date, although this timeframe is only an estimate and does not constitute an absolute guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
6. Order tracking
Where available, the customer may receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability and functionality depend on DHL Express and on the specific shipment operation.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct and suitable delivery address for receiving the order.
In the event of an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, impossibility of delivery or any other circumstance attributable to the customer, HADOSLAB LLC will not be responsible for any resulting delays, incidents or additional costs.
8. Delays or incidents
Delivery times may be affected by causes outside the reasonable control of HADOSLAB LLC, including logistical incidents, carrier congestion, regulatory restrictions, customs checks, address errors, adverse weather conditions or force majeure events.
In these cases, HADOSLAB LLC will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and facilitate incident tracking where possible.
