REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
1. General conditions
Our returns policy is designed to provide clarity, transparency and security throughout the purchase process.
Returns may be accepted provided that the following conditions are met:
- the product remains in its original commercial appearance;
- the product has not been used, opened, altered or damaged;
- the original packaging is preserved;
- proof of purchase is provided.
2. Return period
If the customer purchases as a consumer within the European Union, they may request the return of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under consumer protection law.
For the return to be accepted, the product and its packaging must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, opening, handling or deterioration beyond what is necessary to verify the nature of the item.
3. Return procedure
To start a return, the customer must first contact HADOSLAB LLC at support@hadoslab.com, stating their intention to return the product.
Once the request has been received, HADOSLAB LLC will provide the relevant return instructions.
The customer must:
- prepare the product in its original packaging;
- attach proof of purchase;
- send the product in accordance with the instructions received.
Except in the case of a defective or incorrect product, or an error attributable to HADOSLAB LLC, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, HADOSLAB LLC will notify the customer whether the return has been accepted.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within the legally applicable period or, where applicable, within a reasonable period from receipt of the returned product or sufficient proof of return, unless another method is agreed with the customer.
5. Returns not accepted
Returns will not be accepted, among other cases, when:
- the product has been used;
- the product has been opened, altered or damaged;
- the product is not returned in its original packaging;
- proof of purchase is not provided;
- the request is made outside the applicable period.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If the customer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they must report it as soon as possible at support@hadoslab.com, so that HADOSLAB LLC can assess the incident and offer an appropriate solution.
7. EU consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy limits any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection regulations in the European Union.
